Thank you for choosing All Night Party Rental. Our goal is to provide clean, safe, and reliable event rentals with exceptional customer service. By placing a reservation, paying a deposit, or accepting delivery of rental equipment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation & Security Deposit

A 10% security deposit is required to reserve all rental equipment and event dates.

Reservations are not guaranteed until the security deposit has been received.

The security deposit is fully refundable upon completion of the rental, provided:

  • The reservation is not canceled.

  • All rental items are returned in their original condition (normal wear and tear excepted).

  • No equipment is lost, damaged, or missing.

2. Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is canceled, the 10% security deposit is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs after equipment has been reserved, prepared, or loaded for delivery, additional cancellation fees may apply.

Weather-related cancellations should be discussed with All Night Party Rental as early as possible. We will work with customers whenever possible to reschedule based on availability.

3. Final Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of delivery.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

4. Delivery & Setup

Every rental includes a delivery fee, which is based on the delivery location.

If customers request setup and/or teardown services, an additional setup fee will apply.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous event schedules.

Customers must ensure someone 18 years or older is available to accept delivery unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Discounted Packages

We proudly offer discounted package pricing when customers bundle multiple rental items such as:

  • Tents

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Linens

  • Cocktail tables

  • Other event rental equipment

Package pricing provides greater savings than renting each item individually. Package discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

Customers agree to:

  • Keep equipment clean and reasonably protected.

  • Prevent theft, misuse, vandalism, and weather damage.

  • Keep all equipment away from open flames, fireworks, grills, and excessive heat.

  • Not alter, paint, staple, tape, glue, or modify rental equipment.

7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Equipment

Customers are responsible for any equipment that is:

  • Damaged

  • Destroyed

  • Stolen

  • Missing upon pickup

Damaged or missing items will be charged at the repair or replacement cost of the affected equipment.

8. Tent Installation Requirements

Customers are required to inform All Night Party Rental at the time of booking whether the tent will be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, or any other surface. Installation methods and equipment vary depending on the surface, and failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges, installation delays, or the inability to safely install the tent.

For tents requiring stakes, customers are responsible for informing All Night Party Rental of the location of any:

  • Underground sprinkler systems
  • Septic systems
  • Electrical lines
  • Gas lines
  • Water lines
  • Invisible pet fencing
  • Any other underground utilities or obstructions

All Night Party Rental is not responsible for damage to underground systems or utilities that were not disclosed prior to installation.

If staking is not possible due to the installation surface or site conditions, weighted installations may be available for an additional fee. Customers must ensure the installation area is level, accessible, and free of obstacles before delivery.

9. Weather Policy

Customer safety is our highest priority.

Tents are designed for temporary shelter and should never be used during severe weather including:

  • High winds

  • Thunderstorms

  • Lightning

  • Tornado warnings

  • Heavy snow or ice accumulation

Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the event.

All Night Party Rental reserves the right to delay or cancel installation if weather conditions create unsafe working conditions.

10. Equipment Use

Rental equipment is intended only for its designed purpose.

Customers agree not to:

  • Move installed tents after setup.

  • Climb on tables or chairs.

  • Hang excessive weight from tent frames.

  • Attach decorations that may damage rental equipment without prior approval.

11. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access for delivery vehicles and installation crews.

Additional labor charges may apply if equipment must be carried unusually long distances or if site conditions are significantly different than originally described.

12. Pickup

Rental equipment should remain assembled and accessible for pickup unless teardown services have been arranged.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all rented items are present at the scheduled pickup time.

Additional charges may apply for return trips caused by inaccessible equipment.

13. Liability

Once equipment has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

All Night Party Rental shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from:

  • Improper use of rental equipment

  • Customer negligence

  • Severe weather

  • Acts of nature

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

14. Force Majeure

All Night Party Rental shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen emergencies.

15. Right to Refuse Service

All Night Party Rental reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or if customers fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a reservation, paying a deposit, or accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
