Refund policy

At All Night Party Rental, we are committed to providing reliable service and quality equipment.

• Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

• No refunds or returns will be issued once equipment has been delivered and/or set up. This includes tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and all other rental items.

• If you experience an issue with your rental, please notify us immediately so we can make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem during your event.

• Refunds will only be considered if All Night Party Rental is unable to provide the reserved equipment due to circumstances within our control.

By placing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
