Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 10% security deposit is required to reserve your event date and rental equipment. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes. Your 10% security deposit is fully refundable after your rental is completed, provided the reservation is not canceled and all equipment is returned in its original condition (normal wear and tear excepted).

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We offer professional delivery for every rental. Setup and teardown services are also available for an additional fee excluding tent rental.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Every order includes a delivery fee based on your event location.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during spring, summer, and graduation season. Popular dates can fill up quickly.

Do I need to tell you what surface the tent will be installed on?

Yes. Please let us know whether your tent will be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, or another surface. This allows us to bring the proper installation equipment.

Do you offer package discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing when you bundle multiple rental items, such as tents, tables, chairs, and linens. Contact us for a customized package quote.

What if I don't know what size tent I need?

No problem! Let us know your estimated guest count, seating arrangement, and event details, and we'll recommend the best tent size for your event.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

Customers are responsible for rental equipment while it is in their possession. Damaged, lost, or missing items may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. However, your 10% security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All Night Party Rental is fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind when planning your event.
